SPORTS IN YOU provide a service of coaches/instructors and sports sessions that help you in living fit. We deliver a vast selection of sports either as multi-sports activities or as sports-specific sessions. Sessions can be arranged to cater for everyone and we will provide the necessary equipment and insurance cover.
EVENING SESSIONS
Our evening sessions provide one hour of fun and enjoyable fitness activities for all, with qualified instructors. All sessions involve a warm-up, stretches, practice development and cool-down.

AFTER SCHOOL CLUB
Our after school clubs are normally in blocks of 6 to 12 weeks or we can provide one-off sessions or a tailor made plan. All sessions will last 1 to 2 hours anytime between 3pm – 6pm, Monday to Friday.
Each instructor can coach upto 20 participants at any one time, if there are more than 20 participants we will provide an additional instructor or you may provide a member of the school staff. We will provide you with application forms and marketing materials to help promote the club if required.
HOME BASED SESSIONS
Home based sessions can be catered to your needs so you can train in the comfort of your own home with a qualified instructor. You can either work on a specific sport or other needs. Each session will last between thirty minutes and one hour depending on the type of session required. A consultation will need to be conducted before the first session.
ONE-ON-ONE SESSIONS
All our one-on-one training sessions provide a personalised way of exercising to get the best out of your ability. These sessions can be in a variety of sports e.g. Football, Boxercise, Cardio, Cricket, Basketball etc. These sessions can last between one to two hours or we can provide a custom rota to what best suits you. A qualified instructor can come to you at no extra costs or we can arrange a suitable venue for the session, at an additional cost.
CARDIO SESSIONS
Increase your strength, stamina and power through our cardio sessions that will help improve your endurance levels and strengthen you all round.
With numerous exercises and circuit training this is a great way to discover your inner strength and determination.
SPORTS FOR PEOPLE WITH SPECIAL NEEDS AND PHYSICAL DISABILITIES
Sports In You provide opportunities for people with disabilities to take part in sports, with fun and challenging classes our aim is to affect the lives of people who have learning and physical disabilities.
We can provide sessions to accommodate everybody’s needs, whether it’s a specific sport such as Boxercise or Multi-sports sessions. These sessions will improve on their co-ordination, wider scope of sports and overall fitness.
INSTRUCTOR TRAINING
We also help train novice coaches to gain experience in the sporting industry and improve their coaching knowledge and skills.
